Cold but don't dare to turn the heating on during the day as you fear a huge bill?

This week Rosemary addresses two questions sent in by readers of The Express.
Question 1: I am finding it difficult to deal with cold weather. I feel chilled all the time but don’t dare to turn the heating on during the day as I’m frightened of getting a huge bill. What is your advice?
Question 2: What is the best treatment for dry cracked heels? The cracks in my feet get so deep that they bleed and walking around stresses them further, preventing healing. I have tried various creams but the effects don’t seem to last.
