The Healthy Plate Guide


To lose weight, one suggestion from the Doctor is to eat your meals off a dessert plate which naturally fools your eyes into thinking you are eating more than you are. 

Whatever you eat your dinner off, your serving should be split into sections of different sizes and proportions. Our plate below reveals a rough guide of the amounts you should consume daily, and where possible, split proportionally between each meals.

  • Sally, you don't need a diet beyond a noamrl restriction on saturates and processed food plus sweet things and alcohol. Your level of exercise and fitness should do the rest. 40-30-30 good carbs, protein and good fat . Plenty of water.
