Body Mass Index chart


Every body and shape is different and it's therefore hard to know what size we should be and what is healthy.

The easiest way to find out if you are the advised weight for your height, is to work out your BMI, your body mass index. Our chart below offers a guide on what, according to your height and weight, you should be.

For adults, an ideal BMI is between 18.6 and 24.9. A person with a BMI over 24.9 is considered
overweight. A person with a BMI under 18.5 is considered underweight.
